  • Visit to suppliers – 5–10 times a year (Spanish – only)
  • The customers man – do periodic and ad hoc quality controls upon my customers’ demands
  • The suppliers man – is her/his eyes and hands in the market and attend customer claims as the representative of the factory and send reports back to factory with market situation and action plans to achieve a better position in the market
